Acquisition Integrity
1. Masterpiece Acquisitions
At Blureagan, each artwork represents a singular commitment of vision and craftsmanship. Due to the unique nature of original oil paintings, custom commissions, and limited-edition physical media, all acquisitions of original artworks are considered final sales.
We work closely with our collectors during the selection and provenance verification phases to ensure absolute satisfaction prior to dispatch from our Yenagoa atelier.
2. Limited Edition Prints
For limited edition prints, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the print must remain in its original, unopened museum-grade tube or packaging, free of any handling marks, dust, or damage.
Returns that do not meet these criteria or show signs of display or framing cannot be accepted for refund.
3. Transit Protection & Damage
Every shipment is fully insured during transit via DHL Express or FedEx Priority. In the extremely rare event that your masterpiece arrives with physical damage sustained during transit, please contact us immediately at contact@blureagan.com.
Collectors must provide photographic documentation of both the exterior packaging and the damaged artwork within 48 hours of delivery to facilitate the insurance claim and subsequent conservation or replacement arrangements.
4. Returns Procedure & Logistics
To initiate a return for a print, contact our support team. Upon authorization, you will be provided with shipping instructions. The collector is responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and ensuring the shipment has appropriate tracking and full value insurance.
Blureagan is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
5. Processing & Settlement
Approved returns will be processed within 7 to 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item at our studio. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method utilized during check-out, minus any original shipping costs.
